The Objectives
To co-operate with the Government, National, Regional and International Organisations in promoting safe, regular and economic transport and tourism for the benefit of the people of Sierra Leone.
2. To draw up the experience and expertise of the industries and provide a forum for discussion and consultation on problems affecting them (Industries) to foster competence in management and operations of transport and tourism and to study and solve the problems connected therewith.
3. To promote and develop the capacity for the management, commercialization and operations of transport and tourism facilities and services.
To research, analyse and provide industry information and other services.
To co-ordinate with all national associations/organisations which are committed to the principles of ethical and professional practices and the delivery of Quality Services.

Our Students and the Industry
In Sierra Leone, the College of Travel and Tourism Studies (C.T.T.S.) is presently the main supplier of the Air and Tourism Industries in terms of Human Capital. About 60% of the Airport, Airline, Travel Agencies, Immigration, Supervisory, junior middle management frontline workforce are products of the College of Travel and Tourism Studies. The college also produces a considerable percentage of professional frontline staff in the Hotel Industry.
